About me

Hi, I’m Lisa!

I am a Mom, a Doctor of Chiropractic and I am told I am a curator of good stuff.

I live in Norway, I have been in private practice for more than 20 years working primarily with women, babies and children and my passion in life is to help other women create the best quality of life they can for their children.

After many years in private practice having one-on-one conversations with so many mothers, I knew in my soul it was time to take these conversations out of my clinic and into a larger forum where more women could benefit.

Mothers are superheroes and they are the ones who can change the future for all of us by setting up the next generation of humans on the planet to have the very best start in life.

I think the biggest gift we can give to our children to to allow them to start their lives as adults with a nervous system that has developed optimally, tools to regulate that nervous system when needed and great physical health.

One thing I know for sure after all these years is that mothers are capable of moving mountains for their children, but we also need a tribe of other women around us supporting us along the way. No one understands how beautiful, hard and all consuming it is to be a mother the way other mothers do, and we can support and build each other up along the way to creating thriving families.

It is my honor to walk the path beside you.

The Journey

Creating Thriving Families

In order for a family to thrive, each member of that family needs to be able to be the full expression of themselves.

In order for our kids to be able to express themselves fully, they need to have as little standing in their way as possible.

A brain and nervous system that has developed to the degree it is capable of, depending on the age of the child, is the first step.

When we can fully experience the world through our senses, interpret that experience in our brain and our body and then express ourselves and participate in that world in a way that brings us joy, that is being able to live a fully expressed life.

It sounds easy but it isn't always a smooth journey.

We as mothers need the information and the tools to help our kids along the way if they need it. Knowing what to look for as signs of healthy development for your child at each stage is so important. It is even more important to have the tools for what to do about it if something seems to be getting off track.

That journey is the hardest and the most fulfilling part of motherhood. Knowing that we did what we could to allow our kids to be who they came here to be.
